Sematariux does not drop items directly. Rewards are obtained through the World Boss quest after your faction secures a valid kill.

KILL VALIDATION RULES
Stay Alive
Players must be alive when the boss dies.
Stay Nearby
Players must be close to the boss when it dies.
50% Damage
Your race must deal at least 50% total damage.
Time Limit
If nobody kills the boss before 22:00, the boss will despawn.
⚠ IMPORTANT
If the enemy faction deals more than 50% damage, your quest will not count even if you participated.
